Last weekend, the team at 48h Pizza e Gnocchi Bar Group hosted a Gnocchi Masterclass at their South Yarra location in collaboration with Rosso Gargano. It was a delightful  experience that brought together gnocchi enthusiasts from across Melbourne.

Led by Alberto and Titu from 48h, the masterclass took participants through the art of making gnocchi from scratch. With their expert guidance, guests learned every step, from selecting the right ingredients to achieving that delicate, texture.

Once the cooking was complete, the real reward began—everyone sat down to enjoy a delicious gnocchi lunch! The room was filled with smiles and the warm, rich aroma of freshly made gnocchi, accompanied by our signature Rosso Gargano Passata di Puglia, adding that authentic Italian touch.

As a parting gift, each guest received a goodie bag, stocked with all the essentials needed to recreate the magic at home, including our beloved passata.
