Soignon goat cheese is a French cheese made from goat's milk. This log shaped cheese has a fresh, sweet flavour that melts in your mouth. Similar to other French goat cheeses, this cheese is also lower in fat, and higher in vitamin A and potassium. It goes well with figs, honey or jam. Shred into salads or serve it with olives.
