Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting an exclusive Pasta Zini lunch for our valued customers, where we proudly showcased Zini’s new 2-Minute Dry & Fresh Pasta range.

Our guests were treated to five unique types of pasta, including:

• Paccheri: Served with Greci Sugo, basil, and Latteria Sorrentina Stracciatella
• Pappardelle: Paired with Greci porcini, and a drizzle of truffle EVOO
• Penne: Combined with Luganega, sautéed chicory, and topped with crispy pangrattato
• Squid Ink Tagliolini: Accompanied by Greci yellow datterini, anchovies, and Bottarga di Muggine.
• Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli: Dressed in sage butter and saffron for a rich, indulgent flavour

Each dish highlighted Zini’s exceptional blend of quality, flavour, and convenience. Whether it was the rich, Paccheri or the unique, fresh Squid Ink Tagliolini, every pasta left a lasting impression, demonstrating just how versatile Zini’s 2-Minute range truly is.

It’s safe to say that our guests were thoroughly impressed, leaving with big smiles and full tummies after experiencing Zini’s combination of premium ingredients and ease of preparation.
