On the 2nd of September, we were privileged to host an exclusive Ardor Gluten-Free Night at Pizzeria Adamo in Geelong. This event was dedicated to celebrating our shared commitment to inclusivity, ensuring that everyone, regardless of dietary needs, can indulge in exceptional food.
Our menu for the night featured a diverse selection of gluten-free dishes, ensuring no compromise on flavour:
Starter: Sicilian Arancini with Napoli Sauce & Polpette con Sugo
Pasta: Gnocchi 4 Cheese (lactose or vegan option with pesto), Traditional Lasagne (lactose or vegan option) & Spaghetti alla Norma
Pizza: Margherita with Buffalo, yellow tomatoes, and drizzled pesto (lactose or vegan option available) & Osso Bucco with sauce reduction, braised beef, wild rocket, and saffron oil (lactose option available)
Dessert: Cannoli with Ricotta, cacao, and candied almonds & Belgian Waffles with berry compote, mascarpone cream, and Canadian maple syrup (lactose or vegan option available)
Drinks: San Pellegrino & Acqua Panna & Prosecco, White & Red Wine curated by De Bortoli
In addition to the delightful menu, the vibe at Pizzeria Adamo was unmatched, with a diverse gathering of food lovers and coeliacs eager to explore Ardor’s gluten-free offerings. Vince Lotito passionately explained how he crafts gluten-free versions of traditional favourites without sacrificing texture or taste. The event was a testament to the idea that gluten-free dining can be just as indulgent, flavourful, and satisfying. The warm reception and enthusiasm from attendees have inspired us to continue expanding our range, bringing delicious, inclusive dining experiences to more communities.
